Route & Itinerary Summary
Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Arrive in Nepal’s capital. Meet your guide and group for orientation and gear check. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 – Fly to Lukla (2,860m) and trek to Benkar (2,600m)
A scenic mountain flight followed by a gentle descent along the Dudh Koshi River.
Day 3 – Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Enter Sagarmatha National Park, crossing suspension bridges and climbing steadily to the Sherpa capital, Namche.
Day 4 – Acclimatization Day in Namche
Explore Everest View Hotel or Khumjung village. Rest, acclimatize, and enjoy the mountain views.
Day 5 – Trek to Tengboche (3,860m)
Trek through rhododendron forests with views of Ama Dablam and Everest. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery.
Day 6 – Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)
Descend to the Imja River and climb gradually toward Dingboche, a peaceful valley surrounded by snow peaks.
Day 7 – Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Short hike to Nangkartsang Peak for panoramic views.
Day 8 – Trek to Lobuche (4,910m)
Pass memorials of fallen climbers and continue through glacial terrain.
Day 9 – Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164m) & Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
The ultimate goal — stand at the foot of the world’s tallest mountain. Overnight at Gorak Shep.
Day 10 – Return to Tengboche (3,860)m
Begin descent.
Day 11 – Trek to Namche Bazaar
Celebrate your journey as the air gets thicker and the terrain greener.
Day 12 – Trek to Lukla
Final trek day — enjoy the camaraderie and reflection with your group.
Day 13 – Fly back to Kathmandu
Rest, shop, and celebrate your accomplishment.
Day 14 – Departure
